We strictly prohibit the offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving of bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any form of inducement intended to improperly influence business decisions, secure undue advantage, or compromise the Bank’s principles. This applies to all employees, directors, contractors, business partners, and any third parties acting on behalf of the Bank. In addition to bribery and corruption, the Bank recognizes that other serious misconduct or irregularities may also arise. Therefore, we encourage all staff and stakeholders to report, in confidence, any suspected or actual wrongdoing.
